Concrete Pumps

A concrete pump is a tool used for transferring freshly mixed liquid concrete to the location on a construction site where it is needed. It works using a valve system and the basic principles of hydraulics.

Dumpers

A dumper truck is a vehicle used to transport materials to and from a construction site. It is the safest way to quickly transport loose materials from a site, and is especially important in the early phases of a project.

Excavators

Excavators are heavy construction equipment consisting of a boom, dipper, bucket and cab on a rotating platform known as the “house”. The house sits atop an undercarriage with tracks or wheels.

Mixers

Special concrete transport trucks (in-transit mixers) are made to mix concrete and transport it to the construction site. They can be charged with dry materials and water, with the mixing occurring during transport.

Plywood

Plywood is a material manufactured from thin layers or “plies” of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another.

Shuttering Equipment

Shuttering is used as a temporary mould into which concrete is poured to obtain the desired structural shape on the construction site.  It holds the poured concrete in shape until it hardens.
